Java Technical Analyst

Ready for a new challenge? Here at C-Cubed we are on the hunt for a Java Technical Analyst. You will work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Involved in the life cycle, design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of applications software and assure that is delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible to lead and/or participate in the research and fact finding to modify or develop moderately complex company applications/information systems. Candidate must possess leadership qualities, be extremely organized and self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaption are critical to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based components and interfaces.
  • Evaluates Coding and integrated testing Analysis and design of processes into smaller pieces and integrates with Global service delivery teams and outsourced global teams.

Requirements:

  • Required technologies of least 2+ years: Java, WebSphere, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL.
  • Additional experience a plus in technologies such as: DB2, Angular, UDB, Spring, REST, Velocity, Hibernate, JQuery, SOAP, JSON, Spring Framework, JBOSS or Apache
  • Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
  • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
  • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
  • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate autonomy as the ideal candidate will be interacting with clients and working with very little supervision.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in the discipline of technology and/or business.
